Zest Resort & Spa Hoi An

There was a problem with air conditioning in the room we booked so we got another one, which was much bigger and had a terrace. It’s a resort located in a calm rural area outside of Hoi An center and has enough facilities if you just want to hang out (pool, bar, spa, activities). If you want to go to the center or beach, they provide a complimentary shuttle bus and bikes. Extremely kind and attentive staff, especially ladies in the reception and the manager. They really tried to anticipate our every need, shared advice and added a personal touch to the interactions. Really good breakfast and a very nice massage in the spa.

The stunning surroundings, the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful swimming pool, and the relaxing spa with its incredible massages make it an oasis of relaxation where every detail is designed for comfort and serenity. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The staff are beyond incredible—genuinely kind, caring, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Each and every one of them is a gem, and their dedication makes the experience unforgettable. The peace and serenity of this place make it an absolute dream, and we can’t wait to come back!

The cabin on the boat was fantastic, a really fun experience. The air con worked very well so never felt too hot. The bathroom is very cool and semi-outdoors. The whole resort is amazing, feels jungley and all the staff were incredibly friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend you do the cooking class they do, we had a fantastic time! They take you to the market by bicycles to get some ingredients, and then back to the resort to fish in the lake followed by the cooking class with the head chef. The free shuttle bus into town and to the beach is great. Breakfast was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back one day!

We LOVED our stay here! The staff was very lovely (especially Dung). They made sure we had the best experience. The pool is very lovely; there were enough chairs for everyone. The rooms were big, with nice terraces, an amazing shower, and a bathtub! We got a complimentary foot massage, which was also amazing! The breakfast is the best we had on our whole trip. I celebrated my 30th birthday here, and they decorated the room with balloons, a complimentary cake, etc. Free shuttle to Hoi An & the beach and back. Very good recommendations from the hotel itself.

We absolutely loved our stay at the scenic Zest Resort & Spa Hoi An. Upon arriving the staff let us know, that the air conditioning in our booked room doesn't work and needs to be fixed. An alternative had already been prepared for us and we spent our first night in the beautiful and spacious garden villa that's situated right at the small lake. Already the next morning we were able to change to our booked room with balcony which was also very beautiful and super comfortable with a really, really nice bathroom. But the best thing about our stay was the people working there that gave us the warmest welcome, big smiles and the best service. Lovely Thuy and Thuong were constantly making sure that we had everything we needed, brought sunshine to our mornings and made us feel like home. Also the kitchen team was wonderful - always happy, super friendly and hard working. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The friendly cleaning staff kept rooms and the hotel spotless.
